Information you provide
When you complete the contact form, the information may include your name, email address, preferred region, approximate departure month, number of adult guests, voyage length, accommodation preference, desired atmosphere, budget range and message. The form also records the confirmations you make concerning age and this Privacy Policy.
Why the information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your travel preferences, review the request, communicate about possible next steps and maintain appropriate records of the conversation. We should not use the information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis or further notice.
Age confirmation
The service is intended for adults. Your confirmation that you are at least 18 helps us apply that audience requirement. It does not determine eligibility for every onboard venue; operator rules and applicable laws may set different thresholds.
Browser storage
The site uses local browser storage to remember your privacy settings under the key majesticOceanPrivacySettings. It does not place contact-form entries in local storage. Optional preference and analytics categories remain off unless you choose otherwise; no third-party analytics service is currently activated.
Sharing and retention
Information should be shared only where reasonably necessary to respond to your request, arrange services you choose, comply with law or protect legitimate rights. Retention should be limited to the period needed for those purposes and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information, or object to particular processing. You may change browser-storage preferences through the footer control and may clear local data in your browser.
